The new DD Tarp solo is the lightest and most compact tarp of DD. It's aimed at those travelling ultralight, sleeping on the ground or looking for a 'day' tarp.

This one person Tarp weighs in at just 490g! 2.8m long x 1.8m wide. As with our other olive tarps there are 19 reinforced attachment points allowing a vast number of setup options. Perfect for those looking to travel light. As well as protection from the rain the tarp can also be used as a groundsheet.

The fabric is PU (3,000mm) coated polyester. Seams are taped.

Please note for comfortable hammock camping we recommend our 3x3 Tarp (this Tarp Solo is on the small side for using with hammocks *). We have received alot of requests for a small 'day' or ground dwellers tarp which is what this Tarp is most suited to.It is possible to use this tarp with our hammocks but due to its length it doesn't provide much protection against wind driven rain coming from the ends of the hammock. If you feel this won't be a problem and want to limit your pack weight this tarp will be fine but otherwise we recommend our 3x3 Tarp for Hammock Camping.
